PB CONCERNS
Storage & Shelf Life
Our nut butters are made and delivered fresh. Check the bottom of the jar for the best-before date.
We recommend refrigerating the spread only if you would like to extend the item's shelf life - otherwise it's cool to be left on the shelf!
Hygiene
Every nut and fruit that enters our jar has been carefully selected and processed, while each glass jar undergoes heat disinfection just before housing the freshly-churned spread.
Requests & Requirements
Additives such as dried fruits and spices are processed into our spread, and have been selected for their specific nutritional and taste qualities. Elevating PB with quality ingredients is principal to our PB practice.
For specific requirements outside of our current offerings, please contact us for custom orders. We are experimental and will take on requests within the reason of taste and our ability.
Why is there a layer of oil above my spread?
It is completely normal for natural oil separation to occur. Just stir, scoop and smile!
DELIVERY
We dispatch items within 2 to 3 business days of receiving the order.
Standard delivery takes between 1 to 3 business days.
International orders are shipped through express, trackable and traceable service. Depending on region, it takes between 3 to 4 business days.
Urgent orders may be expedited, inform us to arrange.
GIFTS & HAMPERS
Personalisation of either product or packaging is possible if you're gifting an AN product. Simply let us know your requirements via this form, and we will special it up for your recipient!
RETURNS / REFUNDS
Any product(s) purchased directly from Altered Native can be returned or refunded in accordance with our policy terms.
