Placing Orders.
Placement of an online order requires information including your credit card details and shipping address. By placing an order, you acknowledge that: ∙ You have legal right to use the payment method(s) in connection with your order; and ∙ You grant us the right to provide said information to payment processing third parties, solely for purposes related to completion of your order(s) only.
Cancelling
Orders.
Altered Native reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time for reasons, including but not limited to: · Availability of product(s) · Error(s) in product details · Error(s) in your order(s) · Suspected fraud, or unauthorized transaction(s). Orders cannot be cancelled once out for delivery, but may be suitable for return.
Any product(s) purchased directly from Altered Native can only be returned or refunded in accordance with the following: · Submit your request within 7 days of the date of receipt of your order. · Product(s) must be in their un-used, re-saleable original condition as when it was delivered, and must include its original packaging. · Altered Native will refund only the amount adjusted for the fees related to shipping, payment modes and administrative charges*. You must approve or dispute the quoted refund amount for the request to be completed. · Altered Native will not be responsible for the fees related to returning the product(s), unless a valid reason is produced. All requests must be submitted through our online form and are subject to approval. Please provide all document(s) that will help support your claim(s). *All returns / refunds requests will incur an administrative charge of SGD$1.
